Hi! My name is Vineeta, but you can call me “V”:) I am designer turned realtor, & a proud mother to 2 beautiful preteen & teenage girls. Born in India, raised in Kansas, I have lived in Vegas for almost 20 years now. I started this site to not only help you, but to further educate myself in the process. Even after living here for as long as I have, I quickly realized how crucial it is to have a reference or guide that would help to guide my clients in the journey of finding their perfect home in Las Vegas. Not only for them, but for me! And for anyone else that may just want to know more about this place. Even after living here for almost 20 years, I am learning more & more about this city & what it has to offer. As it continues to grow, I realize how badly I need to educate myself on existing & upcoming communities & neighborhoods. Don’t get me wrong, living here for almost 2 decades now, I’ve got a pretty good grasp of the city. But in the just a few months, I see how much more there is to learn about this place & all it’s hidden gems.
So, I thought to myself, with a background in blogging in conjunction with my web design shkizzles, why not chronicle this exploration….
And tadahh!!! Here we are!
I look forward to digging into & learning more about incredible communities like Lake Las Vegas, where I had the opportunity to hold a few Open Houses at. I also had the fortune of working with a lovely couple who was interested in retirement communities in Vegas which there are so many of! I’m excited to find out more & about those as well. I have lived mostly in the SW area of Vegas in a master-planned community named Mountain’s Edge which I have loved & would really like to share my experience with you & the amenities this community has had to offer my family & I. Henderson & Summerlin are other some other areas that are wildly desirable areas to live in which I also am excited to scout out.
In addition to numerous communities & neighborhoods, there are close to 300 new home construction sites. Surprisingly affordable prices, brand-new construction, open floor plans both single & 2-story, pop up daily all over the Valley. There are so many, it’s impossible to keep track or to know each of them. Hopefully, I will be able to cover a lot of them here as well.
There is SO MUCH to explore & learn about. I hope that my journey will open your minds to all this city has to offer. If you are looking to buy here, I hope that it will not only guide you in your decision-making process, but also entertain you along the way:)!
